From 2002, Dellew has provided Personnel Systems Management for Headquarters USAFE and Base Level PSM for three sites in Germany along with specialist training at two sites. Our teams perform software maintenance, ensure correctness of data, identify and correct discrepancies and monitor corrective actions done by others. We have enjoyed exceptional ratings from the government and exceed expectations in providing outstanding customer service.
Our Pacific Air Forces contract provides Personnel Systems Management to nine locations in the United States, South Pacific and Asia. The Dellew team designed and developed a program that successfully identifies trends and problem areas in the MPDB system and now provides accurate analyses of the system. This program was officially adopted by the U.S. Air Force (Air Force Personnel Center) for implementation Air Force wide and is the Transaction Analysis Management system in use today.
Our group is experienced in managing Unit Personnel Records for the Air Force. By utilizing their innovative skills, our team now scans and imports information into a database that provides reliable and accurate accounting of UPRG files. This improvement significantly reduces officers' time in researching status of files. Many more databases have been created or streamlined to assist our customers.
As a client server administrator, Dellew performs system diagnostics and troubleshooting for networked systems. We also perform internet web-page management by maintaining server hardware and software and coordinating with base webmasters in the design and modification of base main web pages.
