Job Description

  • Trains and supervises Logistics Center contract staff.

  • Provides expertise to clients in meeting specific requirements associated with technical or business-related issues.

  • Interprets processes/issues relating to key aspects of program requirements to support solutions.

  • Recommends alternative solutions and/or process improvements when applicable. Responsible for planning, management, scheduling, quality control, and cost control of the project.

  • Experience in one or more logistics disciplines, such as supply, warehousing, asset management, packaging, records management, or document production.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively and professionally interact with government program managers, the COR, and public stakeholders.

  • Operator training on all applicable equipment as a minimum requirement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Seven (7) years of experience managing a logistics service center.

  • Experience overseeing a team responsible for document reproduction, mail services, conference room and meeting support, publications distribution and inventory, and office supplies and consumables management.

License/Certification

Certification in Logistics Management, Program/Project Management, such as PMI’s Program Management Professional (PGMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar field is preferred, but not required.

Salary

$18.74/hr
