Job Description

  • Responsible for accounting needs of the organization including preparing financial statements, quarterly, and annually. 

  • Will use accounting software to input and maintain accounts receivables and accounts payable; reconcile bank statements and handling of cash and cash flow. 

  • Month-end closing of the accounting system. 

  • Works closely with the payroll department.  

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of five years accounting experience. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with accounting course work preferred. 

  • Payroll experience desired.

  • Proficient with computer and accounting programs (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks).  

Salary

Negotiable (based on experience).  

(6) month evaluation period.
